Just watched a member of the public attempt to obtain an oficialy freedom information request from this above public facility. I was disgusted to see such Arrogant and downright rude behaviour from staff at this taxpayer funded, public building.
Just watched kiwi cameraman on you tube try to obtain an official information request. How rude are our public servants to not only deny a member of the public entry to a public place but to do it in such an arrogant manner. Shame on you. If I could give no stars I would have.

Extremely poor service. Staff here need to learn some basic communication skills as well as be educated in a few basic laws regarding filming in public.
The way they treat the public is horrendous. They are happy to waste people time and money. Really poorly run place, I hope they remember they work for the public!!
