Most people in the Hutt Valley go to the Lower Hutt branch to get help with pensions. It is also a good place to get help when looking for work. And for those that are unemployed it is a good place to go for the unemployment benefit. There is also a range of other things that they will help you.

The lady was lovely but the pension office has moved. So it somewhere else. You told different things for the  same information.

Frustrating and disappointIng. Had to go back with more stuff for them. Then they needed more. By the time I got back person had gone to lunch and they couldn't find the form they just photocopied. Everyone looked so sad. Wasted an hour and a half. Feels like they make things so difficult. Zero empathy

Jandles and a hoody attire for staff on the other side of the counter is just too casual, even for a Friday!!!!

Lady was very helpful and couldnt praise her enough  i forgotten here name also ladies on the phone were also lovely

Not the best MSD office, the receptionist is very abrupt and rude. Case managers are fine.

Very polite staff and very clean
