Are you suffering from a chronic disease and need some supports? Dont worry!, these guys are here to make your life more complicated! They know very well how to do that. Each of them is a "mini" boss and is determined to play by his own rules .....with least compassionate and understanding!

Abuse of power from case officer. Passive aggressiveness and rude service towards people who are seeking help. Shocking!

The Study link Dept of MSD must be the most pedantic of all time! A solo parent we thought it would be easy for my daughter to apply for a student allowance : but no. Apparently I'm not a solo parent as her mother last seen 15 yrs ago isn't dead. Secondly an additional form my daughter has to complete, can't be sent to her on my request she was at work she has to ask herself. Be prepared for mindless red tape and and insincere reference to their favorite PRIVACY law, which clearly none have read or understand.

Very good security guards were very helpful and nice, reception staff was very rude when I was waiting to ask to sign in they were just laughing amongst themselves ignoring me.

The State Abuse Agency. These are the people who punish you for suffering in NZ.
