Today I felt HUMILIATED EMBARRASED & BULLIED!nI will be stating in an email to Senior management my experience.nToday 5:30 circa when I was paying at the front of house counter, a lady of Asian descent Appeared to be stressed as it was super busy, though I did not feel that her Behaviour was polite at all. She was rolling her eyes and speaking in a stern and abrupt voice.nI said I understand you’re stressed though you should not talk to customers that way. Then her colleague of Caucasian descent interrupted the scanning of my items and she tried to shift the blame on me saying that I was rude which was untrue as I was giving her well mannered Criticism.this was unacceptable and it nearly turned into a conflict my sales person had it under control and we were both fairly calm until the lady stopped serving her customers to interfere with our i transaction.
Store person, Debbie was great! Friendly and helpful.nA Front Service Team Member not so friendly.nA large variety of fresh foods and household items.nStore was well presented and quite busy.nThe produce area was clean and well maintained.nThere is also a BWS Liquor Store which also has an entrance to the supermarket.nWheelchair access and parking is available.
