The worst woolworths i have ever seen!nnThe old ladyAsian at self check out section, another old lady Another Asian at the reguster. Their Attitude! Like we shouldn’t have come here! Always talk rude. I don’t know why you guys keep them. Worst register in darwin.nnI stopped going there literally for them!
Woolworths customer service on its delivery platform can only be described as contemptuous.nOnline orders from darwin woolworths stores are routinely left unattended when the do not leave unattended option has been ticked.nThe best you may hope for is a three word text message from a random number saying I am here, while your groceries are left in wet season heat to spoil.nWhilst trying to remedy this mistake I had to engage with an AI bot called olive that is incapable of solving basic requests.nWhen asked to transfer to a human customer service representative it hangs up the phone.
The layout of the store is good and the shelves are always stocked well - a few weeks ago, they always had eggs when Coles had run out.nThe staff are friendly and helpful.
The store overall is good. Apart from the middle-aged Asian female wearing glasses at the self-checkout area showed no respect for the customers
This post is about the products at Woolworths. As someone who commonly shops at Woolies and Cole’s, I can tell there’s a huge quality difference. Everytime I purchase a monster from Woolworth’s I find it’s flat or tastes off somehow, but Cole’s tastes fresh and as it should? It’s the same products so there shouldn’t be a difference correct? Just today I bought a pack of burger rings from Woolworth’s and hadn’t realised that I already bought one from Cole’s earlier in the week. Opened the Woolworth’s ones, tasted stale and old, so I closed it up and ate the Cole’s ones, fresh and could have been made yesterday from the way they tasted. I understand stock rotation and the fact oldest products go to the front new to the back, but it’s such a consistent decline in quality when comparing Cole’s and Woolworth’s..? I don’t know why this seems to be the case, whether Cole’s staff just choose not to rotate so fresh product goes first, but it’s always better.
