Updated 8.12.24:- There is a new shop! A smokemart and gift shop has finally opened! Some competition for Coles and more variety for the shoppers! *yay*nnThe fresh produce is good and the staff on the selfserve checkout are always lovely especially when I accidently scan my Woolworths Rewards Card . The shops is always clean and the shelves are normally stacked well. There is a good range from the deli.
Safety hazards and rubbish left in walk ways or aisles blocked by pallets at peak shopping times manager never calls when you request for a call back and duty manage is rude and never cares was once a great shop now gone to sh@t due to poor management and always out of stock when things are on special and staff refuse to give rain checks. Deli is always packing up or packed up by 7pm even they have 3 hours of trade left only good thing is some of the staff are nice and helpful but not many left now
Thank you to the amazing front of shop staff, I was looking for a product this morning that I was sure was out of stock but the lady I spoke to hunted it down for me and did it with a smile. I always have a good experience here, stock is available and shop is clean etc. I do agree with the other comments about the deli staff not smiling but other than that is my favourite Coles

Overall, Coles North Lakes is a reliable choice for grocery shopping.
Always shop at coles northlakes and by most staff always helpful and polite but never with the deli. Ladies who work there know you are waiting to be served and continuously ignore you for up to 10 mins while they do whatever they prefer. Anybody who gives these ladies a good review is either a relative or close friend. I will still shop ar coles but will buy my deli food at karama from now on.
