Store recently renovated and the layout is shocking, same category of food is at opposite ends of the aisle/store. Biggest issue is the removal of the express lane, there is only now two lanes one of which is attached to the checkout that contains cigarettes, phone credit, news paper ect. These lanes are always full and have a long wait, you now cannot get served and receive goods from the express lane, you now have to go through self serve and to the front of one of the lanes, you then have to wait for a staff member to stop serving another customer before you can get any service. It has not made the store more efficient, it has made it a lot more frustrating for its customers especially the elderly.

Great selection. Good experience

Great customer service! I was at the self serve checkout with my toddler & one of the loaves of bread I’d chosen was opened. So the lovely lady monitoring the checkouts arranged for another staff member to grab a fresh loaf for us.

Excellent service very friendly staff nice produce.

Like it even more after the renovation, although the new trolleys are a bit smaller I found out. I mean, helps us buy less
