Served by Matt at the front counter Thursday approximately 9:50 PM.nWhat I found unique about Matt was he’s mannerism with an emphasis of politeness and patience. I was in a hurry, trying to get all the stuff out ready for him to pass through the checkout.nHe just seemed to be very Courteous.nWell done, Matt I hope your manager gets to read this and give you a recognition for providing genuine customer service
I had just come from the beach and hadn’t drank too much water, as I was at the self checkout I started hyperventilating and rocking back and forth getting dizzy and struggling to breathe. I made my way over to the wall of the self checkout and rested on it while trying to catch my breathe and drink as much as I could. Aayoush, a member of the staff who was on self checkout noticed and asked if i’m okay, he then redirected me to the bench and kept an eye on me the whole time making sure that if I was to pass out I wouldn’t go unnoticed. After I felt much better he told me to take care of myself. He went above and beyond with his humanity and it should be commended
Parking is a nightmare here, don't go if you're expecting a quick pick up of groceries.nnThe ramps leading up to the Woolies entrance are from the basement parking where there's a strong fragrance of piss.nI wouldn't be surprised the cleaning budget was shaved here to help CEOs make record breaking profits.nnOnce you get past the pungent aroma of stale urine, you'll notice the building hasn't had an update in years and closely relates a dingy warehouse full of overpriced fruit, veg and other goods.nnGo to Coles in Mentone, the extra 8min drive is worth it.
Rach.nNot sure why Rach was licking and bitting her fingers while touching products and produce. Absolutely DISGUSTING!! Seriously need to go through the health and safety procedure with that girl. When i asked her a question about where a product was she answered with absolute attitude, didn’t know it was so bothering to ask a question.
Woolworths Mordialloc is very neat & tidy - stacked always beautifully of every product in store -- the service at the counter is prompt & the staff are very friendly & happily answer to any queries on the supermarket - helping to find what you need....nWoolworths is situated in the Mordialloc Plaza in the heart of the Shopping centre opposite the Mordialloc Train Station....nEvery occassion festive season all year round is at Woolworths stacked & displayed for sale for the customers & families to enjoy -- Easter - Halloween & Christmas New year....!! Happily
