I ordered and paid for a “let’s celebrate pink and pretty” cake for my sisters birthday a week in advance and picked it up this morning. The girl who served me was far less than interested to be there and when she opened the box to show me the $50 cake I had ordered it looked nothing like the photo on the website!nThe icing looked old, dry and was ridiculously cracked on top. There was also less decorations and far less colour than what I was expecting to see.nI had to fight with her to swap it with the display cake as it was a slight improvement on the one i had ordered.nNo attention to detail and shocking customer service.nExtremely disappointed….

For an extra charge they wrote a short note in cake icing on the cake which made the cake more personal.nEasy access off Lower Dandenong Rd.nCan park out front or in Warren Rd.nNo disabled car parking or toilets, not wheel chair friendly.nThey do specialty orders.

I was at Lower Dandenong Road Cheesecake Shop for my yearly Cookies and Cream Cheesecake; the service was awesome, and the cheesecake is always amazing, it's so reassuring for special occasions that they never let you down!
