I wanted to use afterpay yesterday for the first time, and was served by a lady named Renee. Stupid me had not set it up properly on my phone. She was amazing, talking me through it and showing me what to do.l really appreciated it! Lucky for me there wasn’t a queue, most people going through self serve. Thankyou Renee for your time and patience.
Hard to find help when you need it And it shows that it's a discount department store. They need to smile more and keep an eye on their prices tickets... I found 4 which were out of date!! And from the goodness of my heart I took them down so it is 4 less items where customers argue but I get it for free but they don't at big w as it isn't a supermarket
Garden area has been closed down, substance addicted folks were openly shoplifting and eating food from the shelves, no sizes in women's swimwear or footwear. Might have told the staff if they weren't so rude and incompetent on previous visits where they refused to help me.
It was busy things are starting to disappear off shelves but still lots of specials Today I got 20%off a board game however if you are wanting to layby be aware there is a $15 fee now Still there is so much to find here from party balloons to books and toys shoes beauty products homewares confectionery and the list continue checkout manual or cash register and parking available at the centre It is near the hungry jacks side so a quick enterence is possible
Had the item I wanted in stock, but out the back, so I was asked to click and collect it and come back another day. Why was I in the store again? Weird system, not responsive at all. Staff were nice but THE SYSTEM!!!!
Won’t be ever going back to big w I ordered a cubby house the box was open and had black mould all over and then I ordered a nerf gun and it was broken. And my son was let down. And then when I took it back they refunded me the money when i asked for store credit and they said they can’t but the lady next to me got store credit and got it straight away I think that’s unfair. Once again won’t be going back..
Friendly staff great prices Clean store . Plenty of variety you can shop for everything from baby, homeware, kids, school, outdoor, snacks, birthdays, reading ect
Came for a click and collect as was not available in my area. Nice clean store, easy access. The lady at the front was very helpful leading me where to go. There was not a single trolley though and when I asked I was told that's because the trolley collector person had not started work yet. This was at 9.30am. So if you are heading in early and see a trolley in the car park, grab it on your way in!
Been going to Big W Karingal for nearly 30 years now. Good range, good prices, usually able to find what I want in here.
Store always well stocked and fairly clean. Has a good party section. Never any staff too help out in the beauty department..
