I visited Woolies Karingal today after lunch and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. It was very difficult to find a staff member when I needed assistance, those I did see either seemed too busy or weren’t very approachable.nnWhen I got to the cashier to process a refund, I assumed it would be simple to do it alongside my grocery payment, but the staff member was clearly upset and unhelpful, which made the situation uncomfortable. I was just trying to do things efficiently, not cause any trouble.nnSadly, this experience has left a bad impression, and I don’t plan to return to this location.
I usually come here in this store for shopping and it is quite easy to get here in this place as from big car parking area Woolies is just on a walking distance. Also post office is just besides if you want to pay your bills. 10/10
I've been using the direct to boot service here for about 18 months and have been really impressed with the service. Substitutions are rare and when they happen they are 9 times out of 10 accurate and generous. And no matter how busy, the staff who bring the orders out to the car are friendly, helpful and efficient. The times I've shopped in the store have also been great thanks to the staff.
Click & collect order- got giving 3L milk that expired in 3days and old muffins:nBetter go in store and pick it yourself!
Disgusted at woolworths karingal trolleys are in safety area of disabled parking. It was brought to their attention and nothing was done about it
