I visited Woolies Karingal today after lunch and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. It was very difficult to find a staff member when I needed assistance, those I did see either seemed too busy or weren’t very approachable.nnWhen I got to the cashier to process a refund, I assumed it would be simple to do it alongside my grocery payment, but the staff member was clearly upset and unhelpful, which made the situation uncomfortable. I was just trying to do things efficiently, not cause any trouble.nnSadly, this experience has left a bad impression, and I don’t plan to return to this location.

Whoever the current manager here is the lady who helped me with my online order recently despite the fact she didn’t have to deserves a raise! Such a friendly and fast fix of a problem I’d been trying to fix with the online team for weeks. My groceries are also always perfectly packaged and arrive on time. Thank you!

We do our shopping at karingal woolworths i also try to get served by a lovely lady her name is April, also pleasant she always has a bit of a chat but never stops working ,that's what I call fantastic customer service, is really the only one there that's pleasant ,some of the others honestly don't pack properly they put heavy stuff on top of soft items and fill bags so heavy and you ask them not to but they still do it but april she always listens , but today I was dissapointed she wasn't there ,I know she has had some very rude customers that have complained about her hope she hasn't got the sack over the nasty customer it won't be the same if she not there any more in my eyes that is what good customer service is ,interact with customers as long as you are still working ,I don't see anything wrong with it ,disapointed customer

I usually come here in this store for shopping and it is quite easy to get here in this place as from big car parking area Woolies is just on a walking distance. Also post office is just besides if you want to pay your bills. 10/10

I've been using the direct to boot service here for about 18 months and have been really impressed with the service. Substitutions are rare and when they happen they are 9 times out of 10 accurate and generous. And no matter how busy, the staff who bring the orders out to the car are friendly, helpful and efficient. The times I've shopped in the store have also been great thanks to the staff.
