Not keen on how staff treat customers. Accidentally dropped my hat onto the scales which stopped the checkout but instead of just cancelling the error so we could continue checking out he made a point of checking the surveillance video to make sure I was telling the truth and not stealing something. I understand shrinkage effects their precious profits but unjustly treating customers like thieves is not the way to deal with it. I won't be returning after that insulting behaviour.
Has been recently upgraded. Good parking. Shelves well stocked most of the time. Could do with more manned check outs. Best range of supermarket items in Benalla by a significant margin.

Most of the staff are great but like normal with the big companies, greed is taking over. I do feel sorry for the staff though, they are the front of the company so they cop alot of grief. We are lucky we are in a country town and they still have the country attitude about them.nSince the fancying up if the store, it has become less user friendly though with way too many self serve checkouts and no where near enough staffed checkouts
Staff here were really helpful with serving suggestions for the seafood I was buying.
