Bad customer service. Old lady was very rude. She didn’t allow to use the toilets.nEven though we filled the fuel and bought drinks.

Wow! I can't believe this but a staff member just came out and yelled at my husband while he was cleaning a squished bug off the car. Apparently the way he was doing it offended the attendant. Very rude. This is not how you communicate to the public. I was going to go in and grab a drink before we hit the road, but changed my mind after her rather loud and abusive outburst. Not OK, Shell.

We had very bad experience while we were returning back from Melbourne to Wagga Wagga. We stopped over here to use the bathroom and the lady who was at the counter. She was very rude and she did not allow us to use the bathroom even though we filled up the fuel and she rudely told us that she’s going to close now in another few minutes and we requested three times but still she refused to allow us to use the washroom.

Great place to get ur fuel from. Friendly staff who are always good to talk to. The only place in benalla that is open late to fuel up and grab snacks. I had ran out of fuel once and one of the employees was really kind to help me out.

Not the cheapest in town but they do have all your basic needs, and are open the earliest and stay open the latest in town.
