Love my local but shopping early around 8.30 and the packaged salad section almost empty. Had to ask for a product to be bought in from out back and no price on red caps. Staff are always friendly here. Car park is in serious need of repairs with large potholes everywhere! Carpark is now under shaded areas to protect from sun, rain and hailstorms.
The people working in the deli are excellent. I ordered platters and I needed to change my pick up time. They were great and were flexible. The butcher has nice meat too! Platters are delicious. Great range and quality Thank you very much :
After waiting 5 minutes at checkout, got the 'this aisle closed' sign with no acknowledgement of my wasted time. Then went to the despised self serve checkouts with my fullish trolley, only to have to have attendant help 7 times. The harrassed attendant was doing her best but this was a bridge too far. Woolies makes massive profits but treat their customers with contempt.
Smaller than the stores in Capalaba, Carindale and other such malls, but it ticks all the boxes that a local grocery store should. Good selection of clearance items after seasonal holidays, great place to pick up cheap Christmas decorations and Bon Bons for next year.
Probably one of the worst Woolworths stores I've been in. I don't know if it is the demographic or what, but it is very underwhelming in product choices, particularlt deli over the counter items and the butchers old and young one have an attitude that would see them punted immediately should they be in my business. Aside from that, their range of meats, particularly steaks, is woeful. To put it simply, this is a port of call when milk or any other essential item runs out. Beyond that, ordering online from Coles at Capalaba with the $4.00 delivery fee gets better quality and larger range of products and I don’t have to deal with the misery of having to visit this store despite it being 600 metres from my home.
Just moved to area. No fresh bread on shelves till 9am despite opening at 7. They also run out of lots of other items by 3/4pm
Went here on the 5th Sept around 06.30pm ONLY to bought one item. Then headed to the check-out counter. I saw one big blonde lady was helping the lady in front of me on the fast check-out counter. Then she moved away & chat to her colleague once was coming my turn. I asked if she could helped me & she gave me code to wait for the next check-out counter. I understand if that night was your last shift before you went home but 'neglecting' your customer whilst you literally chat with your colleague in front of them is DEFINITELY NOT a good gesture & manner. Hope Woolworths management will trained their staff properly in regard of manner & work ethics!!
Easy parking.tried online to boot..great service to help me load into my boot. Thanks for thinking of us not so young consumers.
Awesome Woolies !!! This Woolworths is nicely sized with heaps of helpful employees. The car park is normally always busy but it’s great because there is always heaps of places to park. The aisles have always been very organised and clean especially near the deli and fresh fruit. One thing I must note is the trolley guys here are awesome I always see them working hard here !
Helpful staff and shelves are stocked well considering the current supply chain issues.
