Professional and honest:nnThanks to young gentlemen at Gumdale 7-11 for being polite and professional. I occasionally pop in to get petrol here. Basic human error one day accidentally assigned an incorrect pump to my car. Happens to everyone, in every industry. Honest mistake.nnBought petrol here for years, first time this has happened. 7-11 staff tried to try and ring me, however my phone is almost always off.nnAfter noticing discrepancy on my bank statement, I called explaining my situation. Young gentlemen at the store was already aware of my situation. Next time I popped in, was reimbursed immediately.nnThank you very much for your integrity and compassion.nnFrom: man who limps, has old silver Ford Falcon, doesn´t talk very much, nor buy very much petrol :
