I used this petrol station nearly two weeks ago and was charged twice due to fault with their POS machine. I rang them to advise this has happened andnI was told only the Manager could refund the amount if both pending amounts on my bank statement went through which they did so there was a double charge.nI then rang the petrol station and spoke to the Manager and arranged to go back to the petrol station so he could refund the amount. On my way there the Manager rang me back and said he did not have the authority to refund my money and I had to go through customer service phone line. It then become my issue with phone calls emails follow up emails and still waiting.nThere is actually a dedicated phone line for customers who have been double charged.nnNo stars deserved but couldn’t post this review without hitting on one star
Not happy with the customer service and communication from this business today. I went to get fuel there because I have a Linkt app 4 c discountand shopped at Coles got a 4c docket discount. I was hoping to combine both discounts. When I arrived at the service counter to pay for my fuel and scan my discounts. The female attendant just grunted at me when I gave her a friendly good morning she clearly hates her job. The male attendant beside her was not much better himself, very grumpy. The woman bluntly said that the Linkt app is down. They should have put a sign up to advertise this. As I would have not gotten fuel there if I had know that. I felt ripped off by that. The most dodgy thing is when I got home I rang Linkt who told me they were unaware of any issues with the Linkt app. So maybe it was an issue with the internet at this specific fuel station. I asked them to give me the 4c discount which they refused to. This is not the first time I’ve had poor customer service and communication from this business, and that particular female staff member. I won’t be back. My advice is go somewhere else where your business is appreciated.
Beware, the cheap unleaded 91 fuel, which they advertise, is only available at pumps one and two. All other pumps have only the much more expensive unleaded 95.
