Not that this is the problem of Woolworths Dee Why, which is an awesome store, but this product: pumpkin beetroot & fetta salad…is terrible. The pumpkin is uncooked and hard as a rock!  Come on Woolies, I expect better!nAlso, the ability to leave a product review in the Woolies app or mobile website is disabled. So, please sort that out.

what makes this Woolies better than others is they provide a used cardboard for us, it really helps us to pack our goods at home and it is great for some who wanna move to another places. they also have more international goods compared to Woolies nearby

Went in the evening at around 7pm on a weekday and had more than the usual amount of groceries so went with the trolley to the register. A short lady with the grumpiest look on her face failed to greet me even after I said good evening. Clearly didn’t feel like working at all, let me put all the items on the belt and only after that began scanning. Then she wasn’t bagging the items so I politely asked if I should bag them myself - got a rude and aggressive “just leave it” response. Then she finally began bagging the items, reluctantly. Lady may have been having a bad day, may have not wanted to be there, but had no excuse to be rude, I certainly wasn’t . Terrible service and with the amount of items I had I just couldn’t do self service. Wollie’s should train their employees to always be polite and efficient.

arrived at check out and seemed to be a swap - so no biggy. the girl came on and did not greet me - kept speaking in hindi? to the indian across from her- did manage to ask if i had a rewards card then just kept having a conversation in her language did not speak to me again-  no respect for our culture no understanding of being polite- this is my every day experience at woolies abrupt aggressive indians barging into you as thye pack and all taking in another language like you are in their country and should get out of their way

They changed everything, bakery also really bad now. %75 less toppings on bacon/cheese rolls and all those other rolls. More the price. Use to come here often. Never again. Price gouging then calling it a special. Yeah right
