Charge a premium for basics when they own most of the farms in the country yet they can’t keep their shelf’s stocked up. If you don’t want us to boycott you pull your socks up

Shop here every week and don't know why we keep coming back. They need new management in this Coles Store. The bbq chickens are always overcooked. The fresh produce is anything but fresh. Not enough staff on and always a queue at the checkout because only one person on. Dee Why Plaza is so much better managed but not near Aldi's and a fish shop.

We placed an order for click and collect from the lockers for collection between 3pm-5pm. Got a notification shortly after 3pm saying the order is ready for collection. We went to collect however we did not receive a code for the locker. We went to customer service for assistance. They went to try get someone to assist and waited 30min and still no one was available to assist us. This is supposed to be a convent way to do shopping however it’s the complete opposite

It use to be great, great produce and always stocked. I literally live next door and i drive to woolies even if I only need 5 items.nThe new layout is terrible,  looks messy and disorganised.

7:20pm Feb 16th 2024.  No full cream milk on the shelf.  When asked a staff member they said “the pallet is too big it wont be out until 10:30pm”.  The store closes at 10pm.  There were plenty of staff to urgently get milk on the shelf.  It is the basics of a supermarket!
