Even though this Coles is in an older building, it’s always a great place to shop. The store is well laid out with a surprisingly good selection of products for its size. I’ve found the staff consistently friendly, helpful, and efficient at the checkouts. It’s a reliable, local Coles that makes grocery shopping easy and pleasant every time.

Very disappointed with my order from Coles Dee Why through Uber Eats. Items were missing, and what I did receive was either close to expiry or damaged. I expect basic quality control, especially when I’m paying for delivery. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this store through the app. Will be thinking twice before ordering again.

Coles in Dee Why Village Plaza is one of the places you go to get humiliated. It's not clean, very smelly little place and I usually do not shop from Coles. I always carry bags whenever I go shopping. But I thought I will need an extra, so asked my 6yo to grab another paperbag, which I didn't use. I was about to return it and was just checking my receipt, when this lady who was supervising the shelf check-outs came rushing, snatched the bag from my daughter's hand and said 'you are not taking it as you haven't paid for it'. I was dumb-struck with the amazing customer service/behaviour. Was Coles going to call the cops after me if my 6yo had accidentally taken the $0.15 bag with her? And then when I asked to talk to the manager, I was informed the manager has gone home. I am certainly not going back to shop again from Coles as this is not the 1st time that this lady had expressed this kind of behaviours.

Best service and availability of products! Very courteous customer service!

Again shelves empty, this is not what I would expect in a high priced supermarket like Coles.
