Today I went to Smith Street Store. I was disgusted in the way I was treated by the Manager. I was polite did not raise my voice I gave him a chance to rectify the problem.nI've lived in Darwin for 42 years and will never walk into Woolies again. I asked the question - You have advertised $9.00kg for roast pork. All of the roasts were weighed and charged at $11.00 a kg.nThe manager scanned one and it show price at $11.00 per kg. He shrugged his shoulders and spoke. well, they may have been there before the special.nHave a look at the dates, also 3 have loose packaging following photos show the packaging is loose and may not have been for human consumption. He again raised his shoulders and did not care. Disgusting for a Manager of your store.nnI truly hope no one gets sick from this pork or gets sucked in by charging the extra $2 per kg. Fulse Advertising. Wish I had kept your booklet of specials. Lucky one photo shows advertising at $9.00kg
App shows items in stock but shelves are empty — happened 7–8 times now. Came in today specifically for Master Kong iced tea and rock sugar pear drink, both showing as available on the app, but nothing on the shelf again. Photos attached. Either fix the inventory system or actually restock. Wasting customers’ time.

Mayrose in deli counter seafood section was amazing!! Super friendly, helpful, and had such lovely smile. Made my day : Thank you Mayrose!
The store itself is great. Excellent variety of products. In the plaza itself there is only a bws and chemist. There is quite a lot of riff raff outside near the bus stop but there is plenty of security around.
