Go to counter, I ask can I have cotton filters, she try's to look grumpy. She said,No we don't, then I said okay I'll just just slim filters. She signs and open and closes draws madlynShe's like you gotta tell me what you want.I replied just any slim filter will do. She's like these moody rolling eyes. I said yes please.nnThen go to deli nz was lovely I asked for a cooked chicken she said there about 20min away. I said okay I'll came back. She had a smile and said okay.nnI went back in 20 Min. They were done. Green tick. I asked the old white woman for one. She is like no they have 5 to 10min left. I said okay. I checked out then went back for one as my bro wanted it. The old white woman put a sticker on one and throw up the bag for me.nnJust bloody rude.
consistently terrible at deliveries. I would say at least 9/10 deliveries are missing items. Today's is missing four bags out of five. All they can offer is a refund, but then you still have to drive to the store to get the rest of your items which defeats the purpose of paying for a delivery fee
I enjoy this store due to it's size and range of products. Well stocked most of the time with nice wide isles. Self serve area works well even when when it's busy. There's always attentive, helpful staff to facilitate any problems. Plenty of parking is available in the mostly covered area outside.
I’m up to 3 dumped baskets full of shopping now due to no registers open. Do you people understand how retail works? Keep it up and I’ll start loading baskets full of eye fillets that then can’t be sold when I dump it.
First time I've had to rate a woolies. Had an interesting experience where a lady in the self check out counter I dealt with had no understanding of what customer service is. When I needed assistance, instead of being helpful she was rudely explaining that I can't take a basket to my car and return it which I was not aware of she just stared at me stating until I asked her whys that and how I was expected to then take my groceries out. She could have been polite and directed me to a trolley.nDefinitely needs to learn better customer service.
