Wow, the redhead who works there is an absolute battle-axe. Can't do any job without seeming like everyone in her way is a burden. No respect for customers, and I'm not the only person to notice it as well. Not happy
I enjoy this store due to it's size and range of products. Well stocked most of the time with nice wide isles. Self serve area works well even when when it's busy. There's always attentive, helpful staff to facilitate any problems. Plenty of parking is available in the mostly covered area outside.
2 supervisors were standing there talking while everyone questioned up to the self service, no checkout open and couple of people there with full trolleys tried to squeezed all their shopping in the little space. None of these 2 offer to help. Lazy and useless
Self serve check out today at 12:15. Wow what a friendly and well mannered shop assistant. She definitely is working on return customers.
Woolworths Capalaba sucks. Not shopping here again. Wow … I was doing two shops in one to help out a sick friend. The only checkouts were self serve so I am doing their job for them I was the only one in the self serve and the woman standing there was watching me like a hawke, but that’s ok, I’m honest. Did the second order. Got both receipts and was about to leave and a guy walks up and says “did you pay for that coke” carton .. yes I did, ask that woman over there she was watching me, by this time she had walked off. The woman comes over and I told her he was accusing me of not paying for the coke, I’m offended … she says show me the receipt, ok so I go into my bags to find it, “it’s in your hand” … no I did 2 shops … looks at the receipt and rudely says yeah it’s on there … wow you accused me because I was the only one around at 7:30am. Don’t be offended she says … he didn’t mean anything by it. Yeah right. How about you take a walk around that dirty untidy shop and collect the half eaten cake and half eaten packet of biscuits that I saw whilst doing my shop. And whilst you’re at it, fully stock the shelves. And you want a pay rise. Hmmmm
