I enjoy this store due to it's size and range of products. Well stocked most of the time with nice wide isles. Self serve area works well even when when it's busy. There's always attentive, helpful staff to facilitate any problems. Plenty of parking is available in the mostly covered area outside.
I used to come to this shop, but last two times purchased expired products, had to comeback. I believe it's Woolworths policy - The fresh food people. But today was even worse. One of their team member was mocking me because I had a few bags of carrots. I asked what is wrong, but she definitely out of her mind, continued to mocks around. I had to call the manager store Andrew, but he refused to walk with me and talk to her I wanted to point her, she didn't have a name.nSo seems he didn't care, well, no wonder his staff acting so weird. Unbelievable behaviour, abusive behaviour especially to elderly. I hope head office pay attention to this situation.
This was the most feral Woolworths I’ve ever been to. The staff were beautiful, Godspeed to them.nI have never seen such a disorganised Woolworths , the shelves are so narrow, the cleaning isle could have been stocked by a 30 year old lunatic living in their childhood bedroom. This man doesn’t know the difference between furniture polish and toilet bleach I know this because THEY WERE STOCKED TOGETHER. I have never in my life felt so personally attacked by such aggressively poor organisation of a store.nI can’t express how chaotic this experience was, staff stocking shelves in the middle of the day THE CHEESE ISLE WAS THE SAME AS THE CLEANING ISLE.ndont go here.
As usual Woolworths , waiting 15 miniutes to go through checkout as only two open, not enough staff and 4-5 people in the queue and no one cares. I’ll start going to Coles
So bad customer service specially direct to boot service. Long Waiting
