After visiting your store Thursday 26/10/2017 I will never return. After waiting at one of your two register's open I was told numerous times by the staff member that he will serve me this time but should not as this register is an express register 12 items or less, but as it is hard to see so I will serve you this time. I wouldn't mind being told this but the lady in front of me with so many more groceries, nothing was mentioned to her. When i queried why the response was "the lady who served her doesn't usually work out front so would not know to say anything ". I could understand the register operator mentioning to me about the 12 items or less to me but he did not have keep repeating this while serving me making me feel like i had no right to be shopping in the store, to even make matters worse I only had 13 items. Shopping is never fun but to be treated like this makes a chore even worse.

Great staff. Never much of a queue. Store's neat and tidy and has what I need mostly - especially Norco Farmers Co-op milk.

Good supermarket, I often duck into here to grab groceries after work, it's usually pretty quick with more than adequate checkouts open. I do wish they had some self service ones though. When I just want to grab one or two things it's much quicker.
