I want to highlight the staff at Capalaba Park Coles particularly a young man named Michael who was working in the chocolate isle area. Michael was extremely helpful and went out of his way to assist even though he was extremely busy with his work. Great staff keep customer’s coming back to your store so thank you.
Easy access with loads of parking and escalators. Staff are friendly. Great markdowns afternoon/evenings.
Good selection as expected from a major supermarket. Generally well staffed however self-service checkouts could do with a tune, constantly complaining about “goods in baggage area” & the team are often slow to notice like most supermarkets really.
One of my regular supermarkets. I must shop at least 2 to 3 times a week there. Sometimes more. Know the place by heart. I know what I'm getting when I buy. I've come to trust the quality of the vast majority of the items I buy. Prices are good and there are always specials. The staff are for the most part friendly and very helpful when an enquiry is made.
Prices are incomprehensible. The matrix used to set prices does not give the shopper discount pricing
