I do a lot of shopping at this Woolies and the staff are lovely. My gripe today is about fruit/vegetables. I bought apples & gone off on the inside. I bought a couple of onions and one of those were bad . This has been happening quite a bit with this Woolies. Supposed to be the fresh food people. In saying this when I took the items back, the girl replaced them for me. Customer service is good.
Did my shopping at Woolworths this morning and couldn't find the ice cream that the web had told me was in stock. A very helpful young man called for some help from the grocery section and a lovely lady went and fetched it from the back of the store for me. As I proceeded to the manned checkout there was the helpful young man again and he put my groceries through and managed to get a gift card from my phone that I was having trouble with. A very good experience at my usual store.

Hello, I’m really disappointed.nI was at the Caloundra store today, looking for the Global Bakehouse Chilli Garlic Bread that's part of the Everyday Extra offers. I couldn’t find it on the shelves, so I asked three different staff members who were restocking nearby. Unfortunately, none of them knew where I could find it.nnI then went to the information desk, and the lady told me where it should be — but it wasn’t there. When I went back to her to let her know, she simply said, “Sorry, we don’t have it.” That was it. She didn’t even check or try to help further.nnVery disappointing experience. I ended up wasting my time and left feeling frustrated.
Update! Today Woolworths set a new record. Look at the number of products that don't have a price listed at all!! Five complete racks of products, and only one shelf has price tags. Even two full fridges didn't have a price on a single product.nn[Original Review] Very disappointing to see prices so consistently mislabeled. Saw several today. For example, Granny Smith apples advertised for $4.50, but no Granny Smiths within 5 meters. Only more expensive apples under the sign. Anyone who looks at the sign and quickly grabs a package, will be paying much more for their apples. The same was the case with peas - cheap tag over the most expensive product. And in neither case was it customers who put the product there.
