Absolutely shocking service. They’re under construction so nothing is in the right aisles, which would be ok but they haven’t bothered to put signage up to show where the new temporary locations are and so you walk around over and over again.nYou ask for help and every second person says it’s not their department and to ask someone else.nYou line up for ages while the staff talk amongst themselves instead of serving the ever growing line of customers.nAnd if you got an item that has a reduced/on special ticket, they don’t honour the price at checkout or offer to check it for you if it scans incorrectly so you walk out empty handed.nThey used to be good but I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere right now!

I have been to many Coles supermarkets in different towns over the years, but never have I been so dissapointed as I am now from visiting this Coles store. I understand it is doing some renovations, but that is no excuse for poor quality. The store looks unclean, messy, and food products with short expiry dates. I shopped on the 28th of June to buy sliced bread, and the expiry date was the 30th, where normally expiry dates are minimum four days away and 5 days when they are at their freshest.
Lovely place to shop, it's deep in the mall though and you have to walk right through the mall to get out. Would be great if there was an exit close by.
