Display said buy a Kleenex product and get a free $2 toy puppy - when I got to the checkout I was charged $10 for the toy - when queried the girl said it would come off at the end which it didn’t so she manually took it off snd I didn’t get the toy. Luckily today was a small shop and I noticed not sure if last time I paid $10 and didn’t notice. So word of caution check you are not paying for something they advertise as free,
I’m extremely disappointed with my click & collect pickup. I ordered pork ribs online 600g–1.9kg for $39.90, but received 0.92kg $16.56. The receipt then showed $19.32. The weight and pricing were inconsistent and incorrect.nnWhat made it worse was the staff response. The woman who dealt with me was aggressive, very loud, and dismissive. She said, “That is what you got from online shopping, Woolworth,” as if I should simply accept being given the wrong item. I left feeling insulted and embarrassed.nnThis is a serious customer service and training issue. A simple mistake could have been resolved calmly and respectfully—instead, I was treated poorly.
Holding on to these ooshies like their lives depend on it, attended today. My friend was purchasing our things and I was holding the pram. As I’m watching the lady is throwing away ooshie reciepts, I first said to her ‘is that for ooshies’ she goes ‘yep’ then proceeds to chuck it in the bin, so clearly I wasn’t asking correctly so the next reciept that pops out, no one has collected. I ask can I please have them? She answers SO RUDLY ‘no.’ And chucks the reciept in the bin. Like I’ve not spent enough money in my time alive at Woolworths to recieve 3 ooshies someone has left behind. Get a grip, you’re a multipolar business either be kind or if you hate your job that much get a new one x
Woolworths is always well stocked!nThey'll almost always have what you're looking for.nnThe staff are always very helpful. Every time they helped me find something, they walked me right to what I was looking for, leaving the stack of f boxes that they were unpacking. Respect!
The best part is the colouring station! What a great idea to have a place where kids can be occupied while I pay for groceries but still be in sight. Wish more supermarkets had this.nI have visited this store a number of times during my stay and I am quite impressed. Appears to have had a recent makeover and it's well lit and spacious feeling. The fresh produce always looks good and I've picked up some good discounts on things of an evening.
