I have been a regular customer at this store for the past three years, and it has consistently been my go-to place for all my shopping needs. Bought from Coles Belmont and look the product is in best before date and hence came out to be mould. Coles need to lift his game. Really ashamed of !!
I went shopping as usual after work yesterday… half the products I normally buy were missing from the shelves.nCustomer service is not as good as it used to be…. Some of the staff no longer pack your bags for you. One of the staff told me one day that my bag was dirty, she wasn’t going to use it until it had been washed, all it had got were a few crumbs in the bottom.nI pay to shop there, coles don’t pay me to pack my own bags.
The shop is amazing; it's huge, and everything you need is there. But the staff who work there are disgusting. I don't know why they hire people with that kind of behavior to work in public, around people, and especially around children. It's so disgusting. I have been treated disrespectfully, faced racism, and dealt with uneducated and unprofessional behavior multiple times from two older ladies.nnThese two ladies should be in aged care centers. I don't know why they even put them to work in a public place. They have such disrespectful behavior. Please work on this and change that kind of personality. It doesn't matter how long they’ve been there; they should not be around people and children.
Good service after with only 2checkouts open plus people on mobiles ban them for better checkout times
