After witnessing an egregious security incident at this store where a customer was singled out and accused of theft wrongly please consider the following when entering this store or any one in the group of companiesnnWhen you enter these stores especially any Wesfarmers group company this will happen.nnThese people have no empathy for you whatsoevernOur Governments have given them power to force searches and ' surrender ' goods that do not have a receipt .nnIn retail inductions staff are now trained to assume everyone is a theif in their company culture.nnIf you are suspected of shoplifting please consider the following:.nn1 Remain calm and extremely respectful.n2 Do not let staff touch your bagnIf you do some staff throw in goods to cover their mistakes.nn3 Maintain composure , Do not escalate.n4 Agree to walk over to the checkout , cctv is there and public are watching.nDo not go to any corner area or their officenn5 When your bag is empty show them only.nnWith no evidence the public have just seen their mistake and the humiliation is now on them and the store is projected as an unsafe environment for customers.nn6 The retailer do not have any right to search your person.nnIf they still want to detain or search you further encourage them to call the police and wait patiently.nnThe store will generally let you go , they generally cannot ban you because you have complied and any further action can be brought as evidence as public harassment which is a criminal offence.nnUnfortunately Wesfarmers group now use facial recognition and link anyone's face within the group to other chains and stores, be aware that further harassment will be at play.nnBe very careful.nnThis retailer is one of many in the following group of companies.nnBunnings , Officeworks , Blackwoods ,Tool Kit Depot,nKmart, Target.
Not giving a zero because that would be petty nnBut could I please make one small request regarding the Cheesymite Scrolls? They’re my absolute favourite, but lately the Vegemite seems a little heavy-handed. I often find myself pulling them apart just to spread it around more evenly. I end up throwing half of it outnnThe flavour is great, but my heartburn would really appreciate a slightly lighter touch! nnThanks so much
This is a great shopping centre to visit. It's clean and well maintained. They have Big W, Kmart, Coles, Woolies, Aldi, JB Hi Fi, Best & Less, Thingz and many other shops. There's a good choice of places to eat and have a coffee at plus a food hall.
I have been a regular customer at this store for the past three years, and it has consistently been my go-to place for all my shopping needs. While it can sometimes be difficult to locate an employee, I must say that when I do find someone, they are always incredibly helpful and courteous. Their willingness to assist and provide excellent customer service is much appreciated.nnOne of the aspects I particularly love about this store is the consistency in the layout. Unlike other stores that frequently rearrange their products, this store keeps things in the same place, which makes it much easier to find what I'm looking for.
