I took a day off work and no one turned up.. took the next day off work, no one to turn up then got a call from the owner of the company  only to get abused and hung up on after explaining what the job was witch i already clearly explained.. absolutely disgusting service.. STAY AWAY!!

They are harassing us for a call out fee for checking out a fault on heating unit after they replaced the fan. Is it too much to expect to have a fully functional unit after we paid you the first time? If I take my car to the mechanic and they say they fixed something I expect it to be working not in limp home mode! Have you noticed your replies to negative comment is to make excuses?

Would not recommend.
Required small gas fire to be decommissioned. 
6.30am wake up call for 7.30am LOCAL job!
Were not upfront about fees.
$90 for a letter of compliance?!
Left a mess & metal work in the wall.
Time wasting as paid on half hourly basis. 
10 minutes to go out to van & write out a docket.

I'd like to thank Woolley's plumbing for repairing my gas ducted heating. Ken Woolley sent around two of his team members. I was at work on the day and so had a relative there to let them in. The unit was working when I returned home that evening, which was terrific given that I had just returned from overseas to a very cold week in Melbourne. No mess was left behind, which has been an issue with other tradesmen in the past.
Many other plumbing companies outright refuse to repair gas heaters, even though they install them (possibly repairs are harder than installations?). Woolley's aren't the cheapest, but they do a far better job than other plumbers and they don't shy away from tackling the more complex problems. Highly recommend them.

Called up after I had issues with my boiler, Woolley's talked me through what I needed to do there and then on the phone, as a result I didn't have to fork out for a weekend rate and saved myself a few hundred bucks in the process. Wonderful service, genuinely want to help you and not rinse you for every penny you've got. I won't be calling anyone else the next time I have a problem.
