The original lady I spoke to was very helpful, but told me it cost $95 just to get a plumber to our house to do a quote! When the 'plumber' turned up the next day he was on a bicycle! He looked at the work needed (plumbing for a bathroom/laundry reno plus moving a hot water unit), took some photos, called someone on the phone, then told me the me they weren't interested in the job! I guess it was either not small enough with enough margin, nor big enough with a nice hefty final price tag. When the guy left, he said we should call a 'local' plumber...I found their number here, on google, which listed them as operating from the suburb neighboring ours...not local enough?? Anyway...the only decent thing they did was leave our $95 behind. I guess they'll miss out out on the plumbing for our full house reno later in the year.
