If I could give this business a "0" star rating I would. My car went in for a simple bumper bar replacement only to be given back to me unfitted correctly where the bumper bar overlaps the quarter panel. Upon driving home I realise they have completely cooked the electrics in my car to the extent where turning right is very difficult given I have electronic steering. Nothing electric is working anymore. I don't understand how a business like this is able to operate. This business is shonky to its core!! Avoid at all costs!!

Dropped my car off for what was assessed [by them] as a 10 working day job. Called at the end of that period and was told another week due to "initially unseen" complications found. I'm coming up to the end of 3 weeks now and have just been told they may need ANOTHER week again for further "initially unseen" complications. Will DEFINITELY NOT be going back.

Glen Iris location - absolutely appalling, the car was not repaired to a roadworthy or safe status after 4 months - and the repairer refused to acknowledge any of the issues. When I showed him over 15 concerns (5 of them major safety issues), he told me he couldn't see them and didn't know what I was talking about. My mechanic, and then an insurance assessor, both agreed the car was unroadworthy and unsafe to drive. How is this place still in business??
