The nearest store, it does have Aldi and subway. A weird compo but nice for a little shopping and dining. Check out for the offer notices and be there at sharp 8:30 to get the best deals.
Obviously this store is great, it a Drakes store. The staff they employ makes the difference. Yes drakes has the largest range of groceries, stocks the most south Australian produce and products. Also helping the most local charities. But the staff are a level above all else. Helpful, caring, and always happy. Winner winner.
Great selection of shops and places to eat. The thing that ruins my experience is when you walk up the escalator from the undercover car park, you are welcomed by a fishy seafood smell, which is really offensive and gross, especially if you are there to have a bite to eat. It doesn't encourage me to visit the centre to do my shopping and where possible, I will seek other shopping centres to do my regular shopping. Please fix this smell, I could only imagine what it is like for other shoppers and workers of the shops within the centre.
Not going to lie, this place is not what it used to be... The roof leaks in the rain, not a little bit a lot! It isn't nice seeing businesses sweeping water from their shops well inside the precinct. There are many vacant shops as well and this place used to be such a cute little mall with lots to look at and now it might as well be demolished :
Visited Rivers store for shoes for my daughter. She was able to purchase two pairs of sandles in her size. Plus - bonus they were on sale. Service good. We left happy.
Early in the week it can be quiet because people are at work, its easy to move around because it's not that busy. There were great specials at Rockmans Women's Clothing and the Post Office. The men's salon could do with more clients and there is a good variety of food outlets. There is the Thirsty Camel across the car park so in essence you can find everything you need.
such a peaceful centre. lovely to go to when I'm feeling stressed and don't want to deal with too many people everywhere.
Convenience is keeping it alive. Hint, get off the COVID fear train and put some benches back in for the older shoppers. Focus on a community hub a bit more and the shops will fill up again.
The few shops that there are all good, with friendly staff and well stocked. The new fresh fish shop, whilst being a great addition to the centre, it really stinks and should have an extractor fan of some sort. Unfortunately the smell throughout the centre has spoilt any ambience the place did have. Step up centre Management and deal with the problem!
So much potential at this shopping centre, but unfortunately some days it is a ghost town
