Great experience. Mini winter world. Very bright crowded and good. Good activities.
It was my second time here this Christmas season. Even though this is a lovely place to take your children, the lack of efficiency with skate rentals is ridiculous. Today we arrived 20 minutes before our scheduled time and it took 32 minutes to get on ice with one person renting skates to over 100 children and parents. Unfriendliness of the male staff definitely put me off from booking this venue ever again. Exact same story as last year and no changes, except the price rise!
Not bad for the price - we went midweek so not very busy which was nice. Only problem was the ice was heavily chipped and hard for beginners to skate on.
I recently went and visited with a friend for some fun. The ice rink was packed and you could barely move around. When we entered the rink, we found the ice rink full of water. There were huge puddles of water and many people were slipping and falling into the water. Either way, we tried to enjoy our visit.
Very good, good ice, not too busy, liked the small and big ring. We got there earlier, but due to skates exchange,we got on the ice 5min late,but were not able to stay 5min longer, which was upseting as 1 adult and two children cost £40 + penguin aid is £5 extra, all that for 40min should have been 45min. I think at tgat price it should be at least an hour iceskating.
Spare your cash and head here instead of Legoland. Compact, great value for money for the family with great places to eat and drink offering great value and quality. You have the option of ice-skating too. We wasted half a day at Legoland and went here in the evening and the kids got so much more fun out of the experience. Very Christmassy and festive vibe. Lovely, kind employees on each of the rides. Fun and and kind. Standout was Paris who ran the Venom ride last Friday 3rd Dec who was so kind and gracious and patient with my 2 nephews who were so excited to get on the ride. He was a blast and the kids loved the info on the ride and how it worked. Great memories. Thanks Paris. Thanks to all the team who gave us bonus tries for winning the soft toys etc. Great fun and we will be back.
Aidan is such a legend. Came here 3 weeks in a row on a Friday night and Aidan made it better. He’s a cheeky chap but a lovely lad. Guy’s 22 and has convo for days. Coming back next year just for him.
We had a wonderful family night out. I’ve Marshalls were so helpful scooping us up on falls! Felt very safe. Lovely friendly people running funfair rides and great personalities manning the bar! Really enjoyed it!
Shoutout to AARON. Who was a boss man who looks like Dappy from N-DUBZ who made our skate more enjoyable for my birthday : ps. GREENWHICH ICE RINK IS BETTER ;
Amazing place, prices are very good and there's no way to not have fun! Beautiful, warm people, delicious food - and I'm sure everyone enjoys it!
