The service was great. It’s a very clean pub with friendly staff. The drinks are priced cheaper than most places on Chapel street. The patrons here were unpretentious and relaxed - such a welcome relief from most other places on Chapel street. The pub has both indoor and outdoor areas, and a smoking area too. My friends loved their food. I was happy with my drinks . I was happy with the comfy vibe. I’ll definitely visit again! I think I now have a favourite pub in Windsor.
Very close to Windsor station. The food was surprisingly good. Service was up to par. Nice place for social gathering.
The fact that it’s open 24/7 is the major factor why I rate this business in high regard & paying the surcharge for that extended service seems right & totally justified, considering what the brilliant staff have to deal with in the wee small hours ..like wise to the security staff..well done one. FANTASTIC VENUE FOR EVENTS. Lovely fitted out room, friendly efficient staff and great food. I organised our school reunion there a few years ago and I can’t fault them. 10/10.
Lovely big outdoor area but you were only allowed to eat in the dark indoor section. Bit of a waste on a nice sunny day. Food and drinks were reasonable.
First star Goes to the Staff maybe because he was Canadian, but both the girl behind the bar and the Guy we’re friendly and pleasant to deal with. Second star Reasonably priced with a vibrant feel to the place from the 80s rock to today’s lounge music and up beats. Third star the food not your basic pub menu, food well presented food hade the duck My friend the chicken parmigiana cooked to perfection excellent presentation and bloody yummy Fourth star bathrooms were clean and had an outdoor area with a designated smoking area that didn’t effect the non smokers. Fifth Star for the the overall feel or the place, we were there on a a Saturday afternoon.
Love the rooftop courtyard, perfect place to have a cold beer and enjoy the sunshine. Staff are friendly and welcoming
Above pub food quality ,food is excellent. Great service and has a good vibe. Great staff. Highly recommend been there twice now.
I used to enjoy going to the Railway but after today I’ll not be going back. Firstly I ordered the $18 work lunch special, waited 50 mins to be told they didn’t have what I ordered which is fine so I changed my order. Everyone on my table was served and my meal still had not arrived and discovered there was a mix up and it had not been put through to the kitchen. I then waited over an hour and an half and finally got my meal as a takeaway. If this wasn’t bad enough I’ve just checked my account and realised I was charged $20 for a pint of Furphy ale. I’m so disappointed as I used to enjoy the Railway but this has really turned me away.
Work here and i take pride in the food that we serve
