Woke provides various styles of yoga for the entire community. Not one class is for beginners or advanced students; all classes are taught with the options to modify or extend yourself allowing you to listen to your body and work within it without causing any harm. The environment at Woke is inviting and cosy - feels like home.

This studio has a lovely vibe to it. The teachers have created a friendly community of smiling faces and the classes are excellent for all levels and a nice change of pace from heated fast paced classes that are so popular today. It caters for everyone no matter your age or where you are at physically. When I was pregnant I found it a great place to continue my practice in a cooler environment and the slow steady pace through mindful movement meant I could continue practicing most of the way through pregnancy. I will be checking out their post natal class soon.

I love the environment, the instructors, the fellow yogis. I like the fact I can either book online or just turn up. I like the pricing structures, and most importantly, I like how I feel after a class!

Can't rate this zen haven enough.  Great teachers who know their stuff inside out & teach yoga for your body, mind and soul.  The classes are for all levels and it's just the most warm and welcoming place to get your yoga on.  Love it!!

Fantastic  studio run by teachers that really know their stuff. If you are interested in expanding your practice and your knowledge of yoga in a safe and caring environment, then this is the studio for you. Enjoy :)
