I went this class back in May and will be going again this week and as often as I can now being local.
Beth has a calming energy and you can tell she loves teaching. The beach setting is beautiful and she is basically the number 1 yoga in Cairns area. I saw on her business Facebook page that she is doing retreats and other workshops so I recommend you like the businesses page as well. The class is definitely on the list to do in Palm Cove and I am forever telling tourists and locals to try the class.

I am very impressed with the instructor’s style.I loved the variety and technique.I will definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to practice yoga.If I lived in Palm Cove I would absolutely become a regular customer.all the best for the studio and Beth!!

My girlfriends and I had a private session with Beth as part of our 40th Birthday celebrations. For some, it was a totally new experience, while others have been practicing yoga for a while now. Everyone loved the session with Beth. She was very accommodating and the practice left us all relaxed and lifted..... a great way to start our special weekend away.

Loved Beth's yoga class. She made me feel welcome and at ease and has a lovely energy which makes the class flow very well. Her voice is very calming and I walked away from the class feeling like a I had new energy. Perfect class for all levels as Beth gives different pose modifications. Amazing location right by the ocean. Loved it and will definitely be back regularly!
