You know when you go into a store with just one thing in mind and come out with a couple? Well, that's Wohlers. My husband and I went in specifically to buy lights for our Tiffany table lamp and came out with a Tiffany floor lamp as well. It would have been so easy to buy more, however lack of space at home prevented us from doing so. The staff were very friendly and helpful and securely packed our treasures for their journey home.
I had the pleasure of visiting the Richmond Store looking at various options for Lounges. Incredibly helpful staff thanks Browyn,I will looking at options. I bought some homewares while at the store. Great experience.
A beautiful store with friendly and attentive service. A good selection of giftware adorns the front of the store along with a cafe offering coffee, cake, and light meals. Local brands of beds and furniture along with other Australian and international options are on view in the showroom. An excellent range of Lazyboy furniture to browse completes the Wohlers experience

Very bad customer response. Manager was very rude. After finalizing product came and told that marked price is wrong. Told that cannot take orders at this price and "it is what it is".... worst customer service by a Manager. Will never come back...
Buyer Beware is an understatement when purchasing from Wohler's. We purchased two IMG lounge chairs based on their support and comfort as was the Wohler's sample floor stock. Almost six months later when the chairs were delivered they were not the same as the demo chairs displayed. The leather seemed different and they were more like sitting uncomfortably on a chair as against sitting comfortably in a chair., as per the demo model. We reported the issues back to the store and were advised they would settle in after 12 months usage. After 12 months we went back to the store and after considerable negotiation Wohler's eventually arranged for the IMG repair man to come out and he made them even more uncomfortable by over stuffing them. Back to the store and they arranged the same repair man to come out and revert them back to the original state. So we are left with one extremely uncomfortable large IMG chair and one medium size IMG chair that caused my wife to get a back ache from sitting in it. Wohler's said they tried but it wasn't any use trying to make them comfortable as the demo floor stock as that stock had been sat in thousands of times. We now have the State Consumer Organisation CBS investigating but there is several months waiting time. In the mean time my wife has to sit in a dining chair because the Wohler's IMG product is so uncomfortable and damaging to her back. Interesting talking to other retailers, they claim to replace floor stock every 3 months, whereas in our experience it seems to be much, much longer at Wohler's. Others say it may take 3 months for a chair to settle but not the 12 months Wohler's claim. In our experience we believe Wohler's customer service is very lacking especially after talking to other retailers who cannot believe they are seemingly washing their hands of the issues.
Several years ago while holidaying in Tanunda we walked into Wholers store. My wife was pleased with the furniture and we bought a complete set of dining room furniture to match the Chesterfield suit that we had bought from England. Their service was excellent and the furniture was delivered promptly in 2 to 3 months. However during a recent move one chair was broken. They assured me that the chair with the same fabric was available. I ordered the chair in May, in September I get a phone call that it would be ready in December. I hadn't heard from them so in mid December I contacted them. I was told that it was in the warehouse and would be available at the Richmond store today 21st December . When contacted they informed me that it was in the store and I could collect it. When I go to collect it they inform me that it is still in their warehouse in Tanunda. The excuse the made was human error. In my profession I would have been sued for such an error
They have pieces of furniture that are timeless. I have purchased a bedroom suite in the past, and a leather lounge suite this time. Prices were good, compared with other stores, and it come with a 10 year warranty. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. Will be back for more.
