I had a really good shopping experience at living edge Richmond. Todd Brain always gives me his fashion insights and professional advice when I purchase stuff in the shop. He goes above and beyond his customer service all the time. Thank u Todd!
I’ve been told by an employee that ordering from living edge online will render you a significantly lower level of customer experience. I wish I had known that before I had made my purchase. Delivery has been a nightmare.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. products are poor quality and after many attempts to contact their customer service team via phone and email they totally ignore their clients. Very disappointing. All I want is a conversation. Expect more for the high end prices paid. Go elsewhere with your money and you’ll be safe.
Ordered a chair 30th august. Was told estimated 2 weeks delivery which is totally fine. Its a ready stock And i will get an update once shipped from warehourse. 2 weeks later, i follow up if my chair is ready. They emailed the warehouse to push my chair on the next delivery. 1 week later, i follow up again, then they said the delivery is book for tuesday. I waited the whole day and wasted my tuesday. Again no update or follow up whatsoever. Again its me who follow up, they said there was an error on the booking and finally i got a text message from the courier that says my chair will be delivered Thursday. I got a text message with approx time and also able to live track the delivery. I waited and wasted my Thursday and seen the live tracking is not moving at all for the whole day. Now 5 months later, no one from LivingEdge is updating me on whats going on. If there is a delay, the least courteous thing is to call and update your customer. Im very disappointed with the service you get from a high end furniture store. Will never shop here again. Take ur business elsewhere.
The high-quality products and service at Living Edge Richmond is second to none. Nick has been extremely helpful and professional with every step of our purchase to delivery. We are very excited to have purchased the Aeron Chair x 2, highly recommended! The experience was 5 stars all the way!
Non-Existent Customer Service: Beware of this store. I ordered Herman miller chair and desk assisted by Mr. Nick Z. I was informed that both these items were in stock and delivery will happen in 2 weeks. First issue was getting an invoice sent. I had to follow-up twice by email and by phone to remind them to send me an invoice. Now I am waiting for delivery. Again, I am the one who is following up with them to check the ETA. Only response I have received so far is, "we are checking internally with our logistics coordinator and we don't have a date". Seriously! For a shop focusing on brand value and customer service, this is a joke. I have no problem to accept if they have supply chain issues as long as they made an attempt to notify. In this case, once the payment happened, service stopped. I will wait for a day or two and if there is no outcome achieved, I will be cancelling the order. I am sure there are other shops out there offering better service. If you have to purchase from here, get a commitment in writing. But have tolerance to non-existing customer service.
Recently bought an embody from here. Received amazing service from Nick. Incredibly knowledgeable about all the Herman miller products I was looking at. If you're looking to buy a new office chair, Nick from living edge is the guy to see!
Had been monitoring availability of stock in Australia for various manufacturers. Rang Living Edge and spoke to Todd and within one call, chair was ordered and paid for. It was so easy and refreshing. Followup emails received with updates on stock arrivals and despatching. So was always informed. Then there was the over and above with additional email with links on how to setup and configure chair. Nothing but A1 customer service through the whole process. Many thanks to Todd. My Herman Miller chair is sooo comfortable. Well worth the wait.
Bought 2 chairs in a hurry and made wrong input order. However Todd used his magic to help us fix it. The delivery driver turned up on time and was happy to offload the chairs for me. Great service, great quality would recommend without hesitation. Thank you Todd and Living Edge we will visit you again in the future.
Bought my Herman Miller office chair at Living Edge several years ago and had a wonderful experience. A year later I had a hole that developed in my chair. Living Edge came to my home, replaced the entire part, and were gone in 10-15 minutes tops. Great service. Definitely coming back! Thanks again!
