Great shop for Asian kitchenware. Good price and ranges. Can find so many things I need here. Friendly and helpful staffs too. Definitely recommendation!
Really bad customer service, I bought a 12l pot couples week ago and found it actually only 10.5l water can fit in. I came back for replacement or refund. I was told not to be change cuz I had used it. I said u you r missleading customers cuz it did not match what u sell, they said it was not their fault, it’s the company who sells the product to them and it happened before and they can do nothing. What? It happened before why u still let this happen? I never met one place like here to treat their customers, sorry u lost me forever, never come back.
Great if you do Asian food and in the Richmond area. Opening 7 days has saved me many times! Friendly too.
Always has pretty much what I need for supplies. Friendly staff and owner, they would help wheel out large and heavy items to the car

I enjoy shopping at Chefland even though it's only the certain lids and containers that I get! The staff are always friendly, warm and helpful towards me. ‍‍
Rude Behavior and Bad Attitudes. I'm saying one of the lady who are working there or owner short hair & curvy body Vietnamese while she ask her way so rude and show what kind react face in front of us a child while we are looking something there. Did we disturbing you? Where your politely word? If you are the owner, shame on your attitude.

I will not come back here again! i'm a local Publican and i was a regular customer, i get the basics here detergent, cups, napkins etc i came in today and got the regular items, the woman question me about the authenticity of my $50 bills, these came directly out of my till, i handle $100s of $$ through my tills daily, and i know a fake from real, after they agreed, the other man followed me to my car and asked me to come back and swap the bills. so i took the items back put them on the counter and told them this is the last time i come back and i will not shop here again!!
