Great concept. The ground floor activities are great. My son loved them. We had a friend's party there. Unfortunately we found that the staff member who hosted the party was a bit controlling, asking the kids who had plates of food in front of them to not touch and put their hands up to get any. We understand that kids and food can be chaotic but there must be another way. Also the other staff member suffered from a lack of energy. Better staff would take this experience from average to amazing. Overall a good experience for a kids party.
Been coming for years. Good food, reasonable prices. I find it safe for my kid but wish other parents wouldn't treat it like a babysitter..... if your kid is kicked in the face while climbing up the twisty slides despite signs everywhere saying "supervise your children" and "do not climb up the slides" don't be blaming the other kids or the management.
Service was on the ball nothing was a trouble. The party hosts were organised and efficient. We went for the healthy food options for the children and they were contented. They now provide sushi as a menu option - no need to bring your own anymore - this was appreciated by parents. All went well and they even advised us of an error and refunded us before we picked it up. All went well and I would recommend them for a kindergarten birthday party.
Wizzy World is a great place to take your kids on a rainy day. I think the staff do a pretty good job considering the constant noise, kids running under your feet and parents demands. Would recommend it for kids aged 2+. Pros: Play equipment is good fun and a good size. Its fairly priced. Cons: Parking is limited. Park in Bunnings next door. Food is a mixed bag. I saw someone complaining about Prawns. Seriously it's a children's play centre. Pro Tip: Arrive early and leave before the crowds! It can get very busy.
Possibly the highest quality fine dining restaurant Ive ever been to. Great food, great entertainment! I love it. The food is reasonably priced, and very high quality. My favourite dish is probably the 're-packaged McDonalds chips.' Only down side is, I dont think my kids would like it...
It's just ok. Attended two kids birthday party there. It's a fixed program rooting where understandably the staff are a bit flat. The bit that I struggle is the cleanliness. Toilets are a mess. I've seen kids feel because of the slippery floor, and I'd say use your imagination on what they've fell onto...
I've been to a few of these play lands. Wizzy World is a better than average. It's good play equipment. For me the biggest problem compared to others was they didn't cater for the parents well. We have to sit there so give us some better seating, coffee and snack options please.
The place is simply unsafe: there's nothing preventing a kid from running into a kitchen, or messing with an electric compressor. I know, parental supervision is important etc etc, but the a big reason for visiting such places is that parents could relax a bit, too, knowing that the environment is relatively safe. Not this environment, apparently.
Wizzy World is a good option to get small children some fun and exercise on a rainy day. Plus points: the food is excellent, really great, as good as a regular cafe. Most children's playgrounds serve junky, low quality "nuggets and chips" but both adults and children can eat well at Wizzy World. The staff are friendly and professional, and are usually pretty proactive about keeping boisterous older children out of the toddlers area when their feckless parents are ignoring what they're up to. Minus points: there isn't as much play equipment as at other centres. Particularly missed are the small ride ons/cars that toddlers and younger children love. There's a lesser-used space that they could easily turn into a ride-on area, so perhaps they will do this one day. Also whereas Lollipops centres have free teacup roundabout rides, the much smaller roundabout at Wizzy World is coin operated. Summary: if you want to get a good meal or snack while you're there, Wizzy World is a great option.
It has a soft play for 3-5 year olds separate from softplay for 5-10. Bouncy castle. Mini soft football area. Lots of seating. Food seems reasonably priced. When I went it was $16/child with no time limit. The soft play is fairly big. Perfect for 0-8 year olds. 9 year olds will be OK for an hour or two.
