Liked the coffee and cupcake, but the spinach ricotta roll was cold and didn't taste fresh. I certainly feel something's are a hit and some a miss, but I would give them an opportunity again. Lady staff are welcoming and warm.

Walked in at 3:45pm staff chatting to each other and having a laugh. Went to tables by the window and all 5 tables had dishes or needed wiping over, interesting priorities Looking around the cafe 40% of the tables were empty and needed clearing and cleaning. My friend arrived and we ordered coffee. Me a flat white and the other a cappuccino. My "flat" white was 30% foam! Obviously the word "flat" means nothing here. So what's the difference between a flat white and a cappuccino? The sprinkle on top? The cappuccino was identical to my flat white except for the topping. One can tell they close at 5pm as all kicks in at 4:30pm because its almost home time!! they now decide to clean the tables... plates dropped and cutlery dropped on the floor as they hurriedly whisk around... tables and chairs positioned with deadly noise. This was not my first visit however each time the above is the same... I do identify a person that seems to be management however no active interaction with the team.. seems all is automated on a timeline. Some serious things need to be addressed at this location.
We regularly attend this fabulous bakery & cafe. The service is fabulous and the food & coffee are to die for! The range of choice is also fantastic!
Breads cakes buns sweets, it's a patisserie, got it all. Staff friendly, patientso many choices and tasty been there a number of times, it's a place to go back to for sure.Food: 4/5
Great atmosphere and lovely pastries, however when my partner attempted to drink his cappuccino he got a mouthful of chocolate powder and coughed chocolate powder all over his MacBook. Perhaps less chocolate powder next time.
The variety of cakes is really good esp as there are some " old" English classics such as custard tarts! All the cakes we tried were delicious. The coffee could be better but we found that depended on who made it
Had a Business meeting here, great coffee and relaxed atmosphere.Food: 5/5
Service was fantastic. The waitron was so friendly and patient. The food on offer was salivating and such a difficult choice to make cause you would want to try everything. We enjoyed the pies, pasties, sandwich and a salad. Chai latte was yum too.
