Disgusting customer service I’ve ever seen. Staffs are taking pictures instead serving queue in store.
Interesting cakes, I tried this cheesecake mini tart thing that came in a box of 3. Not bad, light and fluffy, though was a bit confusing whether it should be sweet or cheesy.
Went there several times during rush hour. Bread was okay, but the staff and service are rude both the cashier and the black short hair chubby girl who put the breads in.. they don't even bother to have small courtesy such as saying "excuse me", "thank you" or even a simple smile.
The cake always nice, fresh, and good. But the customer service never improve. The one at the cashier never smile to you. When you ask for a bag she just throw it on the counter table without helping you to open it. It's really hard to open a new bag with your dry hand. I always try to let it for the other rudeness. I just thank you they let me pay eventho they not telling me how much is my bread cost as they always talking to their workmate whenever they serve customer in the cashier. I need to look up at the cash register but it's not a problem for me, but please be mindful to the older ppl that have a bad eye sights.
By far this place would have to have the worst customer service that I have ever encountered. The business name is ARTISTIC DOUGH P/L but they trade under the franchise name of Bread Top, One Girl working here is giving Bread Top a bad reputation when it comes to customer service, Management need to get rid of her ASAP. she's killing your business.
Very slow service during rush hour. Not a criticism for the girl that was serving, cos she was going as fast as she could. But with 8 or 9 customers waiting during peak hour, the other staff should be serving as well. But instead, she was walking around slowly tidying up, while we waited for over 8 minutes in line. I almost missed my last bus. The management should talk to them about priorities.
Bought a chocolate mouse birthday cake for my grandson and it was amazing: delicious and beautifully decorated. Will definitely use them again. Great service too with cake knife and candles provided.
I went there first time and girl on the counter was literally ignored me twice... Third time she came to me. I asked about cake. She just start entering pin to her cash machine without evn asking which option i need out of 4. I have to left the shop. Poor customer service
Bought some stuff from here yesterday. We noticed there were few flies flying inside the cabinet so we let the cashier April know. Surprisingly, she didn't seem to care about the flies. Wow. I couldn't believe it because she didn't do anything about it and let the flies roam on and inside the bread. Disgusting and unhygenic!!
