Fabulous service at Witchery Bondi Junction across multiple visits. It's rare to walk into a store and find a team who are consistently enthusiastic and customer-focused. Particular thanks to Catherine and Jakob, whose style advice helped me to find the perfect dresses- I feel like a million dollars when I wear them.
I have been a Customer @ this Store since they opened. Staff have changed over the Years but I have only ever had praise for their Service - always very helpful & pleasant. My most recent experience made me to think to write a Review, unfortunately People are slow to compliment & fast to criticise these Days. Not a secret that the Eastern Suburbs demographic can be unreasonably demanding & rude, so deserving of all praise for their professionalism & patience on a very regular basis.
The only thing to exceed the beautiful clothing is the great customer service. It is rare to find customer service this good. Catherine looked after me and I felt she went above and beyond what I would normally expect. I am happy to recommend both the staff and merchandise at Witchery.
Went into witchery had a lovely experience with Elise she helped beyond her duty I walked out with a lovely dress SO MUCH BETTER STAFF THAN COUNTRY ROAD
Honestly the worst customer service I've ever received. Staff did not look at me or even greet me! I used to work for the country road group and their standards have really dropped! Shop elsewhere - don't waste your time on bad customer service.
The quality and design are superb! Expensive for me but I wish.
Worst customer service and very dissatisfied me and my mum walked in and got looked up and down didnt even get greeted we browsed around for a little bit but ended up leaving because we felt very uncomfortable! Would never go in there again unfortunately
The staff @ Witchery Bondi Junction went above and beyond for me today. What great customer service. The lady that served me was so friendly and made the hour journey to the store worth it. Thanks Witchery.
