From my last 2 visits, the fitting rooms were very dirty and dusty. On the floor, you can see the carpet need an urgent vacuum. I think you - Dangerfield need to update your refund and exchange policy. While your current T&Cs are super limited comparing to other retailers. No credit note and No refund at all are not good enough.
