Got my first pair of Nippon Made Onitsuka shoes and absolutely loving them! The Onitsuka shop at QVB looks great and the customer service people there are amazing - friendly, accomodating and definitely knowledgable with their products.This is my 4th pair of Onitsuka shoes and I know where I'll be getting my next pair from! Definitely recommend this shop!

Been an Onitsuka fan for years. Always bought my shoes on the Sydney QVB store. The guy that served me was terrible. He was more interested in chatting with his mate than to actually serve the customers. This was on Tuesday 04th January 2022 at around lunch time. Would give zero stars if it was available. .

Disappointed this is the only shop in Sydney that sells tigers now and the shop is literally tiny no variety hardly any common sizes in stock had to buy a display pair. I use to love the brand now it's just a hassle to get a pair 1hr train ride.. better off buying online if you know your size.. more variety online aswell..

My review is for the website. I wanted to buy the Mexico 66 slip-on in white. I searched in ACT but couldn't find them. The shops that carry the brand only had the blue version. I tried them on to get the size right. I bought the white ones from the website and everything was so easy!! Selected the model and size I wanted, proceeded to the checkout. In minutes I had received confirmation of my shoes being prepared for delivery and all day kept receiving updates of the status of my package. It was delivered next day at 9am!! Please note delivery is free on orders of more than $90 or so. I bought my shoes at lunch time the previous day. I love my new shoes!!! Great service from Onitsuka.
