the lady working it said Charlotte on the receipt was really kind and helpful : she suggested insoles as the shoes were slightly too big for me and offered to put them in for me, they made a big difference. thank you!
Extremely disappointed with the service at Betts Westfield Sydney I received this afternoon. I purchased a pair of shoes for an event the next day that I had previously tried on the week before. Last Saturday I went into store to purchase my size in 39 and came home to realise that they had given me a size 7 instead. Today I went in to return them as I could not use them as they were not in my size and was told that I had no grounds for a refund even though I was given the wrong size. The unprofessional and uncomfortable attitude I was given was off putting as I was spoken to like I had done something wrong? After turning me away, they said they spoke to a manager and could issue me a refund - but expressed that they were doing it out of “goodwill” even though I was given the wrong size? the whole process was cold and left a bad taste in my mouth. I have shopped there a few times previously and now I don’t feel comfortable shopping that store again.
The service here is amazing. Came here a few Saturdays ago with some friends and was served by a lovely lady who was manning the store by herself. Despite being by herself, her service was amazing. So attentive and happy to help with getting sizes for multiple different shoes!
I don’t know where is bad customer service review came from , I went yesterday and ended up bought four pair of shoes cause second one come with half price , the ladies are very friendly and lovely , I love their Vibe and shops was quiet busy , found my boots cause other shop doesn’t have low heel boots so very happy , and their new style have comfortable cushion that I can able to stand all night , that was a plus , affordable price with lovely staff i would come back soon
Worst customer service, seems like they always cranky whenever you ask for a size. Had to show to the sales person that the shoe size starts from size 5 and she insisted that it starts at 6 with very clear indication that there is a 5. I left very annoyed so I checked online and yes there is a size 5! How lazy are this ppl and not doing their job properly! What a shame!
Had a horrible experience. I only tried on 2-3 pairs of shoes but the store person seemed exasperated with me. The manager was very passive aggressive as we were leaving the store too.
Shoes: Great simple styles that are crowd pleasers, better quality than forever new but not the best quality shoes out there and not the most affordable but also not the most expensive mid range. You get what you pay for. The 'Karly' line is the most comfortable pair of heels I've ever owned. Customer service: Friendly, attentive and informative. The best customer service experience I've had in a while. Great, positive shopping experience. Online shopping: Came much faster than expected. No damage done to the box, receipt with exchange instructions included. Exchange: they only exchange for a shoe of the equal amount which might not float everyone's boat but I was pretty pleased as I managed to get another pair of shoes whilst exchanging mine for $20 as all shoes are now 40% off.
A lovely variety of shoes in this store. Their range is large, you can find shoes for most occasions. They had a really good sale the last time I was in here and I purchased a beautiful pair of wedges at a reduced price. Good customer service. Worth a looksee, especially during sales.
Ordered shoes online & got sent someone else’s order Who had the same first name as me. Tried to call head office, I get nothing. All they do is transfer you to “customer service” only for it to ring out and go to voicemail to then tell you to send an email. Yeah mate, already did that. 4 days and no reply from my email so far even when I sent the email listing it urgent and high importance. This is absolutely ridiculous and horrible service. I’m stuck here with a size 11 foot pair of shoes which I didn’t ask for and no one is getting back to me.
Once I came here when it was like 50% off everything and it was MAYHEM, but they handled it surprisingly well and I got my shoes for super cheap and I absolutely love them!!
