I am so disappointed with the service of this store. I took my 4 year old to get fitted for ballet shoes. The gentleman recommended a pair that I pointed out looked far to small yet he insisted they would stretch. We took her to dance the next weekend and she came out crying because they hurt her big toes so much as they were too tight. We tried stretching them out at home but that didn’t work. Took them back to the store and despite the gentleman telling me if the size wasn’t right he’d swap them they suddenly changed their tune and refused to exchange them. What is the point in offering an accurate fitting?
Pointe shoe fitting. Staff spent a lot of time with my daughter .ensured she got the most suitable shoe. And at the end presented her with a certificate to remember the occasion. Thankyou. Delighted

Bought my 3 yr old daughter's first pair of ballet shoes. The sales assistant was so brilliant. Lovely with helping find the perfect fit and so nice. Great experience
Great service in friendly atmosphere. Staff know their products well and offer various options. My 6 year old was fitted for jazz and tap shoers with minimal fuss and in an attentive manner. Will go back.
Bumbling staff who don’t know what they are doing. A limit of 8 people in store including staff who are completely oblivious to the gathering queue outside waiting to be served. Staff should be wearing masks if they are insisting to such a minimal limit. They should be limiting customers to 1 parent to accompany their children
They stocked just what l needed & the staff were very friendly. Will definitely be back when we need dance gear again. Highly recommended. Thanks ladies :-
Good shop for all your dance needs. Staff were helpful. Prices seemed high for what you are getting, but maybe all dance shops are expensive.
I love Bloch! It has all my dance needs from pointe shoes to bobby pins it has it all, and with AMAZING QUALITY!
Had to return a faulty item first time ever. They were helpful and gave me a replacement straightaway.
