Story

Family owned and managed by three wise girls and their father, the ultimate Wise Guy. There's nothing like home made food that can be delivered to your door step.
The infamous pizza base is made daily, sauces made by the boss, fresh vegetables from the market, mum's home made lasagna recipe and chicken tenderloins which we marinate and cook ourselves.

Gluten Free, Vegan, Vegeterian options are available!

Ordered in person, large garlic pizza with herbs and large butch's meat treat. Very friendly and fast service, the staff were very happy to answer questions and help. We were told about a 15 minute wait, was ready in about 12 minutes. There isn't indoor seating so beware if you want to eat here. Order over the phone and local delivery within reason is free. The pizza was very hot fresh, beautiful flavour with a good amount of toppings. The staff genuinely cared and took the time to ensure we were enjoying the pizza while we were eating. 2 adults with left overs for a 3rd easy 2 large pizzas ordered, paid $28. Will definitely be ordering again soon.
Small restaurant limited seating serving Pizza, Pasta, Chicken Parma and more. Found the pizza average, especially the seafood one too salty and seafood didn’t taste great. Meals are quite big we had the large pizzas. Staff was friendly and meals were cooked pretty fast ordered take-away in restaurant.
Great pizzas with a good amount of topping. I always order the butches meat treat, that includes a few types of meat: bacon, ham, salami. I order 'well done' but that is just my personal preference. The pizza is great and also heats up perfect in the air fryer the day after - sometimes even better compared to when I first receive it from wise guys.
A truly fantastic pizza experience. Are you looking for that thick crust? That explosion of toppings that just make you want to fold your pizza into a burger and just stuff it right in your mouth. The pizzas are wonderfully constructed and have an old school feel. I doubt you could finish more than one pizza in a single setting. Always accommodating, always on-time, always have great deals - usually 10% off on the holidays. Cannot deny how wonderful this place is consistently.
This is our regular Friday take out. We eat pizza as a family as we watch the footy. The pizzas are great, & they care make them exactly as you request. We love thin & crispy. My hubby also loves the chicken parma with salad & my youngest loves the bolognaise. Friendly staff, fresh food. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
I like Wise Guys, one of the better pizzas in Melbourne. If I want a pizaa, I don't want to be hungry at the end of it, which is why I like wise guys best as the pizza slices are large and heavy with ingrediants. My only very minor complaint is their boxes state "we don't charge for extras!" but then they proceed to charge me for extras... I still think the pizza is good value but maybe update the boxes wise guys!
Yum yum yum! You just can't beat the price for the pasta and the pizza is just so delish. We get the Untouchables every time and it never fails. Not a dine in place one small table with two chairs outside but there's a park down the road to enjoy your food. Orders can take as little as 15 mins if you ring ahead and not on a busy day/time. Always great service which is so important for customer retention so there's nothing to fault! Never an issue with parking on the side road it intersects with a major road.
I'm so happy to know this restaurant and I have gotten foods from here several times and have always been satisfied with the food. Their carbonara is the best of the best and my friends have also tried it and they said the same. It's always a pleasure to buy their carbonara everytime i'm craving for pasta. The staffs also really kind when taking my order and always do their best to serve the food as fast as possible. I have done many take-aways and deliveries from here and have never been disappointed. I would give this restaurant 10 out of 10 for their pizza, pasta especially the carbonara, and their staff's attitude. Vegetarian options: Have few options for vegetarian pizza and pasta
It's upsetting to have to write this review, because I've ordered from here before and loved the quality of the pizzas. But after my last experience, I will never order from Wise Guys again. We ordered 3 pizzas on Labour day March 8th at 6:50 pm. One was specifically ordered to be gluten free due to a serious health condition of one of our guests. We were told there would be a 45 minute wait for the pizza delivery, which was understandable considering they were one of the few places open during a public holiday. However when our pizzas arrived at 7:40 pm, one of the pizzas was not one we had ordered. It was an ordinary pizza without a gluten free base. We called immediately, informing them of the issue. We asked that they please send the gluten free pizza as soon as possible, and to please write on the box indicating that it was gluten free to avoid any mix up with the delivery again. The man on the phone apologised for the blunder, and informed us that it would be sent "as soon as possible" but that there would be a wait due to all delivery drivers being out and it being a busy night. At around 8:15 pm we called again, requesting an update on the pizza. They informed us that they had not yet made the gluten free pizza and that we would have to wait for the orders before us to be completed. The man on the phone was unprofessional as we expressed our dissatisfaction with the wait. The third time we called was around 8:40 pm, when we asked for another update on the pizza. We were informed that it had been made, but that it was now cold and would have to be remade. We were also told that all the delivery drivers were out and that we would have to wait until they were able to arrive. We expressed that this was unsatisfactory, and that we had been waiting almost 2 hours for this pizza. As soon as we informed the man that it had been 2 hours, his entire demeanor changed. Suddenly he became helpful, saying that he would personally see that the pizza would be made and that he would pay personally for an Uber to take and deliver the pizza for us. At 9:20pm our gluten free pizza FINALLY arrived via an Uber, along with a box of complimentary chips see photos. I do appreciate that we were given the free chips and that the employee at the end went out of his way to get the pizza delivered, but at that point it was too little too late. We had waited over 2 hours for the gluten free replacement pizza, had had our complaints disregarded, and felt disrespected on the phone. It's understandable that this was a busy and stressful night for the staff, but after the first phone call I would hope that they would prioritize fixing the mix up. Making a customer with a health condition have to wait over 1 hour and a half longer for their pizza is completely inconsiderate. The unprofessionalism of the man on the phone was disappointing, and it was infuriating that the pizza box had not been marked as "gluten free" as we had requested multiple times over multiple phone calls. It should not have taken so long for the employee to take our complaints seriously and for the pizza to have been prioritised. Unfortunately, despite loving the quality and taste of the pizzas, I will never be ordering from this company again.
Disappointed. Quality has dropped. Pre made frozen base and stingy toppings. I understand that food costsand labour costs have increased but I'd rather pay more to maintain the quality than eat pizza chain standard pizza.
