THE WORST PROVIDER..!!!!!!
They promise to reimburse me for work boots & pants, even took down my account details. Never received a cent from them but only a text message stating they need to watch their budget.
Secondly the Manager Sheree said they would pay for my truck Licence in full just to find out a month later that she lied to me about it and now claiming she said a portion of the amount. I have no work because of this mob when I could've been working months ago I don't understand how I'm expected to pay over $1000 to get a truck Licence when I'm not working. 
The stuff there just lie and keep lying so rude when on the phone all they seem to want is just to get off the phone not really assisting you in any way to the point I had to transfer myself to another provided but most definitely made a formal complaint.

I went in for my first appointment today, granted I was 10 minutes late. I wasn't introduced to the person whom I was meant to see, I didn't get a name, I just got a blunt "you're late". Then ordered abruptly to follow this person, who walked off down the hall, no small talk, asking how I was, etc. There was no general politeness and professionalism that you would expect from any business, especially one that is meant to specialise with people with disabilities. 

Not only was I spoke to rudely from the moment I was approached, made to feel like I was an inconvienience, I was asked in one question about identifying as aboriginal, and was I alcohol or drug dependant. Then was continued to be chastised for rescheduling the appointment twice, which was due to job interviews that I am obligated to attend, apart from then fact that I am desperate to work..... It was pointed out consistently at least 7 times about how I was late, which I obviously knew. I was then spoke to in the most disgusting manner by someone I don't even know and definitely did not know me, and being told in the most disrespectful manner that clearly whatever I'm doing to find work isn't working..... even though I am waiting on 3 different employees to contact me regarding employment. 

As a disability employment provider who are meant to support, understand and obviously be more sensitive to the needs of those suffering from a disability. This was by far the worst provider I have ever encountered. Not to mention it has triggered my PTSD, and I now have to attend an extra session to my psychologist due to the anxiety and stress this unfortunate event has caused. 

I have since called the government agency above them and transferred to a different provider immediately, as no one deserves to be treated like they are less than human. To all those out there who aren't happy with your Job service provider, you have options, and you do not have to put up with rude, unprofessional staff. If I could give this zero stars I would.

I've never seen the person I was scheduled to meet. Staff are polite and friendly, but administration is quite disorganised. Have had calls about appointments I've missed but was never informed of, and then when I've turned up for rescheduled appointments THEY don't have them booked despite sending me a confirmation SMS.
