Right from the first day I have received great encouraging support. I have worked with two consultants, both much better than what I have experienced in other places. They had the vision and clarity to put me onto education in Community Services, which is how I am passionate about contributing in the world. When I asked to complete my studies faster and get the second semester too, this was embraced, welcomed and also supported by the manager. As my experience of great individualised support comes from all I have engaged with, I believe it comes down to a positive supportive culture and attitude at Job Prospects.

Well it's a Job Network so it depends, on who you are and which consultant you get. They got me a job, treat me ok. Had a few stressful times there in the past. Had a couple of dodgy consultants, but they don't seem to last long, which is good. So good times, bad times. But if your on the dole and in the position of having to choose a provider these guys are ok to go with, better than other agencies.

Very poor customer service, when tried calling after receiving a text to call them back to resolve my issue the phone never got answered and just rang out even though it was still within trading hours, the amount of text messages they send out is really annoying even after hours and weekends sometimes. Consultant has never called me once since i have been registered with them or has bothered passing his email contact   as a secondary way of contact as many times cannot make calls due to having no mobile credit. Tried contacting them through website and havent received any response that way either. Very dissatisfied  with their way of operation and am tired of always making the effort of going into the Preston office when i get no help from them.
