Worst service I have ever received! They did not uphold their appointment with me, stating that I was not in the country (even though I was standing in front of them) and after a long deliberation, they still did not make any effort to fix their mistakes. Apart from the incompetence, it is also worthy of noting that these people do not actually do anything, nor provide any real services, other than internet search engines and photocopies etc abd are really there to use unemployed people for their own government funding and employment. Without us, there is no them, and the fact they treat you with direspect and lack of service, really means they should be boycott at all costs! DO NOT ATTEND HERE!!

Payment cut repeatedly despite them knowing I don't have a phone and a medical condition.. Never bothered to e-mail me appointment times, despite repeated requests due to phone problem.   And some of the people working here have zero empathy or understanding of other peoples tough sociology-ecanomic circumstances.

Haven't even had my first appointment with this place and already they decide to cut my pay for not attending an imaginary appointment, A letter would have been nice you know some form of communication. I didn't even know I was with Matchworks. :/ can I stay with my old agency lol.
