I bought an old BMW E30 earlier this year, but wanted an appropriate number plate surround for a new number plate. As I walked in, one of their team asked if I needed any help - I explained what I was after and without hesitation, he handed over the surrounds. I was grateful but he was insistent that it was a pleasure. Great experience. I've since taken another car in for service, not an expensive car, and I received fantastic attentive service. Excellent consistent service.

- Incorrectly diagnosed problem after I gave them the solution.  - Head gaskets done were not installed correctly and needed to replaced within months.  - Service receptionist did not know what a inspection II service was and asked “is this something you read on the internet”. They the conducted a split inspection II service as they did not have parts on hand even though it was booked far in advance. Received the vehicle back and the DCS unit completely failed, which they made me pay for even though it failed under their care. They said it would take 3-4 weeks to get it and it took 8.  Horrible service experience, will not go back.

Can only rave about the amazing service we have recieved over the last few years . Joao is a fabulous salesperson laid back listens and really makes you feel like your special to BMW business  . Really have enjoyed all our experiences and am looking forward to my new Clubman next year.

I took my car to BMW for some repairs.  The coolant pump that failed was out of warranty. After speaking with Aaron And his team To see what he can do. They managed to get me the part and the labour, cost free.  I am extremely happy with there service and would highly recommend bmw continental Wellington.

Aaron was very very helpful in assisting me with fixing a misfire on my M5. Techs really knew their stuff

Wonderful service. Friendly staff.

Extremely disappointed. Cash buyer, walked in to buy an MG, walked straight past staff, looked through car - in and out, spent about 15minutes inside and was not approached by anyone that whole time. On our way out walked past more staff and got no adknowledgment, just looked it as we walked past. Horrible service. Will now go to another branch to purchase my new vehicle. Obviously coming from work we didn't "look the part", highly suggest staff don't judge a book by its cover.

Very  good showroom and a small selection of Minis on display. Lacking used Mini Coopers; no JCW specials. BMW don't interest me. Salesman really nice and pleasant. Knowledgeable and helpful.

Very professional dealership and vehicle servicing. They are efficient, have great communications and do what they say they will. On time too! And I love it that they wash the cars they service before clients pick them up. A great touch that means a lot

Nice brand new expensive BMW X3 SUV cars sold here!!
